Kasumigaseki REIT Advisors Co., Ltd. was established in November 2023 as the asset management company of the Kasumigaseki Capital Group, which is wholly owned by Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd.
The Company is entrusted with the management of the assets of the Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT Investment Corporation and focuses on investing in multi-occupancy hotels located in cities with strong prospects for tourism demand, with the aim of contributing to the realization of Japan as a tourism-oriented nation.
Leveraging the Kasumigaseki Capital Group's hotel development and operational capabilities, we invest nationwide in multi-occupancy hotels, for which supply remains limited in Japan’s domestic hotel market. Through this, we aim to contribute to Japan’s development as a tourism nation while achieving sustainable growth and enhancing unitholder value.
We strive to provide high-quality investment opportunities to investors and, through our business, to address various social challenges associated with realizing Japan’s vision as a tourism-oriented nation and establish a governance structure that emphasizes compliance.
